2022 Zinfandel
Fall 2024 Country Club Release
The vineyard represented in this bottling is one of the best Adelaida has to offer in our decidedly biased opinion. We think you will agree when you “Taste the Terroir” exhibited in this beauty.
Worth Hill Vineyard. Thirty acres of head-trained/dry-farmed fruit located on Dubost property on Adelaida Road. The first phase was planted in 2006 by our son and owner, Ted Dubost. Worth Hill was named by old timers for the steep hill from the Adelaida Cemetery to the top of Ted’s vineyard. Old timers taught him the art of dry farming in the Adelaida. The proof of his love and care is in the bottle. All three new wines are comprised in part or in full of fruit from Worth Hill; Zinfandel and Petite Sirah.
We feel there are no better credentials than this for top quality grapes. So we present a stellar red from Adelaida fruit crafted by winemaker and blending genius, Zachary Raines. This is a release for the records. Can’t wait for you to experience it.
Cheers, Kate
