2021 Crianza

Opens with a slight raisined nose, oxidized brown banana sprinkled with sun dried vanilla and celery stock. Secondary tones of ripe raspberry mixed with muddled dirt and hints of cinnamon and clove all lurking in the foreground. Finishing aromas of soy sauce infused jerky and cherry cough syrup approach as the wine opens. Fruit punch on the palate with subtle hints of umami, slight tomato leaf and root beer. As the wine opens, flavors of berry aromas appear on the palate and are dense and chewy. Medium tannins grip the palate, full throated and lots of throttle. On the tongue this wine is buzzing with ripe alcohol compacted with deep flavors. A young wine showing maturity for its age.
